Terms of Service
Service Agreement
This agreement is made between you (the client) and Synflow Labs. By agreeing to this document, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our Offer
We build custom outbound email systems for your company based on an agreement. Our services include:
- ✓ Complete Email Infrastructure Setup
- ✓ Complete Outbound System Buildout
- ✓ Complete Outbound System Management upon agreement
- ✓ Weekly progress updates
- ✓ Ongoing support & optimization upon agreement
2. What We Need From You
To deliver results, we require the following from you:
- • Log-in access to existing platforms involved in the project
- • A simple email address and password we can use to sign up to platforms/tools
- • Your willingness to cover the costs of the system
- • Information and resources of your company to complete the project (CRM access, testimonials, case studies, etc.)
- • Fast & effective communication through your preferred channel:
- - Telegram
3. Guarantee
If you're not happy with the result or working with us within the first 14 days of execution, we will refund you fully, no questions asked.
4. Next Steps
After agreement and signing, you will receive an invoice with the agreed price.
Payment Methods
We accept payment via:
- • Bank transfer / SEPA
- • PayPal / Apple Pay
- • All major credit cards
Within 24 hours after payment receipt, you will receive an onboarding email with all further steps.
5. Additional Terms
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business strategies, customer lists, or proprietary systems without your explicit written consent.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data and content provided. We retain ownership of our systems, methodologies, templates, and processes. Upon service completion, you receive a license to use the systems and campaigns we've created for your business.
Limitation of Liability
Synflow Labs is not responsible for results that depend on factors outside our control, such as your industry conditions, market fluctuations, or changes in email regulations. We are responsible for delivering the services outlined in the agreement.
Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all relevant laws.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with access to all your data and campaigns in a portable format.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Greece.
